Grant to the “SOS” Society of Parents & Friends of Autistic Children, a benevolent union founded in 1978 to support people with autism and mental handicaps.
The Society is an approved charitable organisation, recognised by the Ministry of Health as a non-profit institution that provides Social Care Services. The ongoing crisis has made it very difficult for members to meet the fixed operational expenses that come to 45,000 EUR per month. The Foundation’s Board of Trustees decided to support the operational programme of the Society’s structures as part of its aim of providing financial aid to individuals in need and promoting benevolent institutions.
